These activities carry inherent financial risks that require a level of maturity and understanding appropriate for users aged 17 and older.
2. Why 17+
The 17+ age rating has been assigned because cryptocurrency and digital asset management involves activities and risks that require mature judgment and a solid understanding of financial concepts. Specifically:
- Financial risk: Using Stabil involves the potential for partial or complete loss of funds due to market volatility, transaction errors, or compromised security credentials
- Complex financial instruments: The App provides access to staking, decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, token swaps, and cross-chain bridges, all of which require an understanding of how these mechanisms work
- Irreversible transactions: Blockchain transactions are final once confirmed on the network. There is no "undo" button, chargeback mechanism, or customer support intervention that can reverse a completed transaction
- Private key management: Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their recovery phrase and private keys. Loss or exposure of these credentials results in permanent, irrecoverable loss of all associated assets
- Volatile markets: Cryptocurrency markets operate 24/7 and can experience extreme price fluctuations. Users must be prepared for significant changes in the value of their holdings

Stabil Wallet does not contain any violent, sexual, gambling-related, or otherwise objectionable content. The App is purely a financial tool designed for the management of digital assets.
4. Parental Guidance
If you are a parent or legal guardian, please be aware of the following important considerations regarding Stabil Wallet:
- Real financial assets: The App manages real cryptocurrency holdings with real monetary value. This is not a simulation or educational tool.
- Irreversible transactions: Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed, canceled, or refunded by Stabil or any other party
- No spending limits: The App does not enforce any spending limits, transaction caps, or parental controls on the amount or frequency of transactions
- No age verification: Stabil does not independently verify user age beyond the restrictions enforced by the Apple App Store at the time of download
